What size fire do I need to heat my home?
You will need 1 kW of heat for every 15 cubic meter of space to be heated. To calculate what size of fire or stove you will need, measure the width, length, and height of the room or space and multiply the three figures together to obtain the cubic area of the space to be heated.
How often do I need to clean my fireplace?
Cleaning the fireplace ensures it is ready to use and looking its best. The best time to do this is during the summer months.

Dust and dirt can get into the fans which can eventually cause them to fail. Dirt can also enter internal parts of the fireplace as outside air is brought in. This can lead to clogging of burners causing failed or delayed ignition.
